Property plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying distinct parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the continuing investigative process.
